1. Who we are

Friend Bet (friendbet.eu) is operated from the Netherlands. You can reach us at lkubosz@gmail.com.

2. The service

Friend Bet is a free game in which you predict the outcomes of real sporting events against your friends, for points and fun.

Friend Bet is NOT gambling: there is no betting with real money, no wagers, and no cash or monetary prizes. “Leaderboard Points” are a score only — they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Friend Bet. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. Please provide accurate information.

4. Game Access and Leaderboard Points

“Game Access” is a virtual in-app credit used to join or create games. “Leaderboard Points” are an in-app score.

Both are virtual items with no monetary value, are not your property, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may grant or adjust them and may change the in-app economy at any time.

5. Acceptable use and content policy

There is ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and you must not harass, bully, or abuse other users.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or use the service unlawfully.

You can report objectionable content and block an abusive user directly from any message in the app. We review reports and remove offending content and eject the responsible users within 24 hours. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.

6. Intellectual property and your content

Friend Bet and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Sports data and results may contain errors or delays. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using Friend Bet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and contact
